I build credit products for needs standard lending does not solve well.
I find narrow customer problems and build the proposition, mechanics, pricing and risk model around them — from embedded credit and daily-fee products to credit builder and remote lending.
01 / Product logic
Find the problem. Build the model around it.
Lending is an old business. The context is not. I look for where a standard product no longer fits, then shape the proposition, mechanics, pricing and risk model around the problem.
Occasional liquidity inside daily banking
Embedded credit within a debit relationship
Different usage and risk profiles
Flat daily-fee, progressive-fee and grace-period models
Limited or damaged credit history
A credit-builder journey with clear progression
Untapped demand within an existing customer base
Pre-approved cash-loan cross-sell
A regulated payments business without an internal technology stack
An EMI product assembled across specialised vendors
02 / Selected work
Built around a specific constraint.
Each case started with a customer or operating problem that an off-the-shelf product model would not solve well.
Consumer credit · Russia
Kubyshka — credit inside a debit relationship
A conventional loan journey was too heavy for an occasional liquidity need. Kubyshka turned pre-approved credit into a reserve embedded inside the Tinkoff Black experience.
Payments infrastructure · Europe
HAPIC — regulated payments without a ready-made stack
The product had to be assembled while licensing, vendor selection and the organisation were developing in parallel — across customer journeys, infrastructure and operations.
Cards & lending · LATAM
NovaCard — credit models beyond a standard revolving card
A portfolio combining daily-fee and progressive-fee mechanics, grace and non-grace propositions, credit builder and pre-approved cash-loan cross-sell.

I like working through real decisions with founders and product leaders. Bring the context, metrics and constraints.
